Unit 6: An essay

Some environmentalists have given may warnings about the effects of human activity on the environment and I think that if we don't take drastic action, it is certain that there will be dramatic changes in the environment in the next 50 years.
I believe there will be three drastic changes. The first is, as a result of air pollution global tempratures will rise and this will lead to drier. Moreover it can produce natural disasters such as floods and hurricanes.
The second change will be a rise in sea levels. This will mean that pepole living near the coast will lose their homes and have to move to new areas.
Lastly, we are damiging so many natural habitats such as rainforests that many species of animals and plants will become extinct. Because of this reason, the world will lose a lot of its diversity.
In my opinion, we ought to take urgent action to prevent these things from happening, the future for the environment will be disastrous and future generations will criticise us for the damage we have done.

Benefits to young people
The main benefits of these sports for youngsters that they will have unforgettable and new experiences and gave them more independence. At the same time they would make new friends and encourage a team spirit .
